I Moved My Blog to WordPress

If you are reading this message through your RSS reader this means that you are subscribed to my feedburner and you can continue to follow my updates without making any changes! 

The address of my blog is http://www.blue-chi.com/, my previous address at blogspot will remain for several months and then I will delete it. 

I moved to WordPress because Blogger is extremely buggy, very slow, and never ever shows the most updated version of my homepage. WordPress has many more features, is fully customizable and much faster to use. 

I ported my previous theme to WordPress but it is still a bit rough of the edges, I’ll try to fix it bit by bit with time.

    When i was trying to choose a blog provider i did a bit of comparison (which i am sure you did too) and word press seemed to be the best ... i am happy so far ..
  • I've been using WordPress for a while on Oman3D and the Omani Cuisine and the difference between it and blogger is major.

    Moving from Blogger to WordPress is easy if you plan on using a readymade template and not creating something yourself. You will however need to have a MySQL database and PHP on your hosting plan to be able to install it though.
  • That's cool. Wordpress has some fantastic features and will beat Blogger hands down any given day. All said and done, I am somehow attached to Blogger, and can't get myself to think of a move to Wordpress.
