Bank Muscat Will Give Me My Money Back
Just after I posted about my Bank Muscat saga yesterday, I woke up this morning at 10am by a phone call from Bank Muscat quality control office, they wanted to tell me that they are working on my problem and that they will solve it soon. Once I hung up the phone I got an SMS from Bank Muscat with a complaint ticket number. In less than 4 hours the quality control officer called again to tell me that the issue has been solved and that the payment will be deposited to my bank account within 3 days.
i am sorry that you had to go through this.In the future, if you need help on anything, just visit BankMuscat website. There is a customer feedback form which you can fill online and submit it.
beleive me, it goes dirctly to Management. You can also call the Quality Dept, they have a special team who follow up on this cases, and you can get a reply within 72 hours.
