From a person who is experiencing the excruciating pain it is to study this huge subject (193 pages of A4 like paper to read in half a week for trademarks & passing off is just insane), I would like to say it is the least subject I am interested to compared to the modules I am doing right now possibly because it is the most difficult. However, it is still by far better than any of the modules I took last year.


I was thinking of writing a post about the iPhone trademark debacle... but I haven't got around to finding free time to actually decide whether i should do it or not.
